
MEET ELIZABETH
I believe that movement is an artform and it is my goal to help my clients move to the best of their ability through movement correction and strength training. I meet my clients where they’re at in their fitness journey and teach them sustainable changes to accomplish their fitness, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle goals. I make sure that my clients get the most out of their training in the gym and assist them by suggesting healthy lifestyle habits to build into their daily routine. I want to make sure that my clients are set up for success. I want to help my clients show up for themselves because I believe that it translates to other areas in life. Once you start making small positive changes in your life by making fitness, nutrition, sleep, recovery, and functional movement a priority, you start making small positive changes in other areas in your life. I want my clients to feel strong and accomplished when they are finished with a workout and I want to assist them in setting themselves up for success with healthy habits and nutrition the other 23 hours of their day. ​
